Welcome to Peninsula Physical Therapy
With advanced clinical and manual therapy skills combined with state of the art equipment, Peninsula Physical Therapy offers a level of therapeutic rehabilitation that you would expect from the finest therapy clinics in any major metropolis.
Peninsula Physical Therapy in Belfair was established in 1999 under the name Kitsap Physical Therapy and Sports Clinics of Belfair with Mark Dutton, PT., as the primary therapist and manager. Kitsap Physical Therapy and Sports Clinics is a group of privately owner and highly respected physical therapy clinics located throughout the Kitsap Peninsula. KPT was founded by Mike Danford, PT in 1979.
Mark Dutton, PT., purchased the Kitsap PT of Belfair in 2001 and his wife, Alyson Dutton, OTR/L, CHT soon joined the therapy team and added Certified Hand Therapy to the clinical specialties. She has since pursued advanced training and certification in Structural Integration.
As patients and doctors became familiar with the quality of therapy and the results obtained with their treatment programs, Kitsap PT in Belfair underwent several remodels and moves in both 2005 and again in 2009. During the 2009 move, Mark changed the name of the clinic to Peninsula Physical Therapy. The new clinic is located adjacent to the Harrison Urgent Care facility in the North Mason Medical Building. With advanced clinical and manual therapy skills combined with state of the art equipment, Peninsula Physical Therapy offers a level of therapeutic rehabilitation that you would expect from the finest therapy clinics in any major metropolis.
