Mark Dutton, PT opened his physical therapy practice in Belfair in 1999. The Belfair clinic was an independently owned facility that shared the name Kitsap Physical Therapy and Sports Clinics with a respected group of private practices on the Washington Peninsula. Mike Danford, PT started Kitsap Physical Therapy in 1979 and rapidly expanded through the area, over time bringing on new therapist as owners.
As patients and doctors became familiar with the quality of therapy and the results obtained with their treatment programs, Kitsap PT in Belfair underwent several remodels and moves in both 2005 and again in 2009. During the 2009 move, Mark changed the name of the clinic to Peninsula Physical Therapy. The new clinic is located adjacent to the Harrison Urgent Care facility in the newly constructed North Mason Medical Building. With advanced clinical and manual therapy skills combined with state of the art equipment, Peninsula Physical Therapy offers a level of therapeutic rehabilitation that you would expect from the finest therapy clinics in a major metropolis.
